Friendly and Knowledgable

The staff at Brandfon Hyundai was amazing from start to finish. Elaine Tryjada did not give up on us and continued calling us (in a non annoying way) to give us updates on the model we wanted that they had coming in along with the particular colors. She was aware we wanted black exterior and interior and when she heard it was coming in she quickly called us and locked it in for us. We then had the pleasure of working with Malcolm Alsobrook who was extremely knowledgable. We did a test ride and he explained the ins and outs of our soon to be new car. He truly made us feel like we belonged in a car like this. This brought us to our final step in the process with Mike Canty, who was extremely patient with us in explaining our options.

Brandfon Hyundai team, thank you so much for our very positive experience and new SUV.

Go see John

I went to Toyota and Hyundai on the same day. I’ve always had Honda’s but based on what I was looking for Honda was out of the question and it was going to be between the two. From the moment I met John he was extremely engaging and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to find me exactly what I wanted. I had a lot of questions and his knowledge of the vehicle made me feel comfortable that I was getting the right answers. He really highlighted the great things about the car and got me excited about the purchase I wanted to make. I told him I was going to go check out Toyota and make a decision from there. John was understanding and didn’t bash Toyota or anything. Just asked me to let him know either way and if I had any questions to reach out to him. After my visit John followed up with me a later on and I had made my choice. I won’t go into my experience at Toyota but in the end it didn’t seem like they wanted to sell me a car and John did. I had such a great experience with John and feel like he represents Branfon Hyundai in an extremely positive light. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who was looking for a new car.

Amazing buying experience!

From the moment we stepped into this dealer we were treated with respect. The entire process was dealt with transparency, we felt comfortable making the purchase because we were given all the details we requested. I needed the process to be seamless and that's exactly how it went. Rick (our sales person) was on the phone with me at any point I had a question and he answered it very quickly. I went in one day, saw the car and then we continued the process remotely until I was able to come back and get the car two days later. I'm a busy mom and Rick understood this so he went above and beyond to make sure all the paperwork was ready by the time I came back into the dealership to get the car. If you're looking to buy a car, no doubt this is the place you want to visit. The manager and staff were all very helpful as well.

Great customer service at this dealership. Rick Ledebrink was an awesome, Went to get a used car I saw online after all the paperwork they realised they didn't have the tittle and offered me a brand new car for the same monthly payments and term. Very satisfied!

This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased with Hyundai and have experienced few problems with these automobiles.

I like that Hyundai has a variety of priced cars so I didn't have to settle for the least expensive. Also like the warranty package. Its a huge incentive.
