Went browsing for a car with my mother. Several dealerships were either out of stock or provided terrible service. From the moment we entered Brandfon Hyundai, they were knowledgeable and courteous . Easiest car purchase ever.

Excellent customer service.
The sales person ( Kenny) friendly, respectful, informative, knowledgeable, patient and diligent to the end of the transaction. The finance associate was professional, also knowledgeable, informative and supportive with all of our questions and respectful with our decisions. The manager also friendly and promptly greet us at the lobby.

Love car but has issues
I need to be able to separate Brandfon from corporate Hyundai. With new cars, corporate needs to be able to answer all questions about parts/accessories/and features. To not know if the 2022 hitch will fit the 2023 model of the exact same car is unacceptable. Brandfon needs to be more responsive to emails. When I get an email from the GM and I respond with a request to email/call me and they don't, it's on them. Spending north of 50K on a car and the keyless entry and blue link not working and the dealership saying they can't do anything is unacceptable. Situation still not resolved. I should not have to wait 2 weeks for them to look into it and still not hear anything back. How many times can I hit reset on the radio????

I went there to talk to someone about my lease ending, and looking into finding a new car to lease. The salesman was excellent! He helped us find a new car we liked and also got us the car faster then we expected, we were in and out of there within a few hours.
