Went browsing for a car with my mother. Several dealerships were either out of stock or provided terrible service. From the moment we entered Brandfon Hyundai, they were knowledgeable and courteous . Love car but has issues

I need to be able to separate Brandfon from corporate Hyundai. With new cars, corporate needs to be able to answer all questions about parts/accessories/and features. To not know if the 2022 hitch will fit the 2023 model of the exact same car is unacceptable. Brandfon needs to be more responsive to emails. When I get an email from the GM and I respond with a request to email/call me and they don't, it's on them. Spending north of 50K on a car and the keyless entry and blue link not working and the dealership saying they can't do anything is unacceptable. Situation still not resolved. I should not have to wait 2 weeks for them to look into it and still not hear anything back. How many times can I hit reset on the radio????
