Great service! Always!
I needed tires for my 2018 Hyundai Elantra! I called ahead of time and Dana placed an order for the tires I needed. They called me when they were in. I was nervous about going during the pandemic. But when I got there everyone was friendly but maintained social distancing. Matt knew exactly what I needed to have done. They called when it was ready! My Dad brought me back to pick it up. As usual with no problem! I drive from Pell City to have Tameron take care of my car from oil changes to replacing my tires!! I won't go anywhere else!! These guys are great! I'm single and I know they look out for me in taking care of my car!!

Great Again!
Just another visit to service my 2017 SanteFe.
It’s funny how they let the salesman who sold you the vehicle know that you’re going in so they come out and chat with you (and try to get you in another car!?)

Pampered oil change experience
I had the easiest and most pampered oil change at Tameron Hyundai. I was able to pull right up and was taken care of in approximately 30 mins, start to finish. While waiting I watched the news on their large screen tv, drank hot cocoa, and ate the provided chicken biscuit from a local restaurant. It was my best oil change experience by far.

Replacement of Sonota engine at no cost
After checking for unusual oil usage Hyundai determined that the engine needed to be replaced. Matt in the service department set up a time for the replacement. It was finished along with my radio and regular service at the given finish time. I appreciate Matt, the technician, and Tamaron Hyundai for great timely service.

Excellent Service
I have been a customer since 2012. Since the first day when I bought my Equus at Tameron Hyundai I have felt like family. The Sales Dept was so friendly and helpful. The Service Dept also stands out. The Service Writer (Summer) was friendly and very helpful. She explained what was going on with my car and what they were going to do to fix it. They gave me a car to drive. The Corona Virus hit a couple of days after I brought it in and Joe the Service Mgr said not to worry they would get it fixed and back to me as soon as possible and they did. Everything was just like they said. My family has bought 5 automobiles from Tameron and I can honestly say it was because of the all of the people there from the Sales Dept and the Service Dept. I tell all of my friends if you need service work on your car take it to Tameron because you can trust them and they do quality work. Thanks Joe and Summer for another happy experience. You are the Best!!

Exceptional service!
The oil leak issue on my 2017 Santa Fe was taken care of in a very professional and courteous manner, with the least inconvenience to me. Very pleased with the service at Tameron Hyundai Hoover.

Sales department is about what you would expect (not so great). Service department is good.
Sales department is about what you would expect (not so great). Service department is good. Had to have my entire engine replaced at 3k on my 2020 Veloster N - *Not Hyundai's fault* it was faulty oil filter put on my Firestone at 1st oil change. Anyway the whole thing was quick once they got the engine from the factory. Like 2 days maybe.
