The Best Service Center in Dayton!
There are a lot of cars sold each year, but I feel people forget about after the purchase of their new car. The Service Center at Voss is hands down the best in Dayton. Mark and his team are the best and they take care of both of our Hyundia's. We have had at least 4 to 5 Hyundai's over the years and they have taken care of all aspects of each one. They are the real deal!

They Treat You Right
Voss has been honest, reliable and fair every time I have taken my car to them for service. They have treated me right since 2013 and I trust this will continue. It's great to have a shop that you can count on.

First check up
My 3-4 month old veloster panoramic moon roof shattered on its own while i was driving. I took it to my nearest hyundai service and technician found factory defect. My concern is that i do not want it to shatter over my head ever again causing me injury, accident nor death.

You guys get an F
Completely shocked at the terrible service my family and I received. 8 hours for minor repairs that had nothing to do with initial problem. Than you missed the actual problem with the car. So now my family and I have to spend $455 replacing what you guys missed.

     After reviewing the tech notes and the test results he performed. He could not duplicate the concern. All of the test results for your systems came back normal and no history codes were stored in the system.
