I brought my car up to get the bolts tightened and have the rear brakes Repaired had the pads I just needed rear rotors, I asked for a specific set of rotors and they assured me that would be no problem........ The second that I picked up the car I realized that these are not the rotors that I ordered although they had pictures web links and specific description of the part that was NOT the part I ordered not to mention when I picked up the car there was damage done to the right headlight either by vandalism or neglect by being in their parking lot but they did repair it on the spot after I had to come back ........ The only good thing is I spoke to the service clerk Macy at the desk kind attentive service an eager to help they assured me that they would order the right part and I could come back, calling up there six times in 2 months getting the runaround then finally getting ahold of someone that I thought would help in fact tells me in a very vague way that I would be responsible for the purchase price of the new part that was already paid for in full, hey but the labor's free they were more than willing to get the car back in the shop......... Then when I made them realize you made a mistake in not so many kind words not me that it was your job to make good on your word they were no longer willing to deal with me at all........
I have proof of this and texts and emails, I'll say to you the last thing that I text the man on the phone that I never met, BEST OF LUCK
