Very helpful, reasonable, and time efficient!
Everyone here that I interacted with were very kind, willing to help, and time efficient. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my car buying experience an enjoyable one. And were willing to work with the budget I had planned for. Also the service team did a great job on my car and were very time efficient.

Re fixing the mess
What makes a service department great is not the fact that they are good at what they do. They are expected to do that, but more so, when they go beyond and above to fix something that has gone wrong. That in it self take more courage because you may need to take a loss to fix the damaged regardless of how small or big the problem may be. What is alway more important in any business or in life is what you do after the facts has been layout.

This is why I give the service department of Hyundai of Wesley Chapel a five star rating.

Good receiving staff, not enough experience mechanic
Went for a simple oil change and a noise on the back tire. To make the story short, the mechanic return the car leaking oil all over my driveway and the noise was still there which was not even check and it turn out after returning that it was the shock absorbers.

Good cars, good dealership.
I have had my car for 5 years with very few problems. Normal maintenance keeps it in good shape. I have always been able to get any service work scheduled quickly.
