Having an appointment doesn’t seem to matter
While I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, the sales staff were wonderful!!. I would not recommend the use of the service department as my experience has been unacceptable. Both times using the facility I had appointments for 7 AM which is when they first open, only to be left waiting for extended periods of time, and part of the work not being completed in a professional complete manner. After the initial time I did let the department now and was followed up with a phone call. After which they had assured me they would be in contact to try and make it right, in which they never did follow up. Even after several calls and messages left, the issue was not resolved.

Fantastic service
I took my car in with groceries stuck in my trunk and they went out of their way to release the broken trunk latch and transfer my groceries to a car that took both me and my groceries home while my car was being repaired. I got my car back later the same afternoon. Thanks for quick and efficient service.
