I did not have an appointment since the online reservation system wasn't up to date on open appointments. I called instead. The service writer advised me of when the usual less crowded times were, I drove in during one of those times. I was checked in and seated in the customer waiting area within 10 minutes and back on the road in less than 2 hours.
