IDENTITY THEFT AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
They fucked my credit up!! I only authorized them to run my credit only! The have opened car loan applications at every bank without my authorization and in my information for up to a year I just caught it on my credit report!!! Now my credit is filled with ungodly number of hard inquiries and they lie about contracts get you to sign by lying what you are actually signing for. I traveled all the way from Houston to Dallas to look at a car that they lied said was perfect condition Gave me a hard time about washing the carand once they washed it, it revealed all the dents and the run down areas they lied about. THEYRE NAMES ARE ERIC THARP AND JADEN SIMS SAVE YOUR CREDIT PEOPLE!!! THE AMOUT OF QUICK ONES THEY PULLED IS NOT WORTH IT!!

Purchased a new Hyundai Tuscon Limited
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership I can personally say they are the very best dealer for me and my salesman Bob Leigh-Manuell has my 5 star rating and finance department made our experience worth the trip to buy our new car and after we were almost finished the manager came out and congratulated us on our new car purchase and told us if we had any issues his door was always open I really professionalism we got there yesterday Thank you for very enjoyable purchase

I've gotten to our change for my 2022 Hyundai Sonata since I bought it there a clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall it was okay. Oil change I guess I did not wash my vehicle nor did they vacuum it out

Hard to find people who care today, but Tyler is the exception.
We called ahead to make sure the car we were looking at was still in stock. We spoke with Tyler, said it would be out front when we got there! It was, but after looking at the car decided to view more inventory. Tyler was so patient with us answering all our questions, we looked at a couple more cars and found the one! I already had a Santa Fe, my husband decided to give up his truck and get one too. Great decision. Tyler was great to work with!

Happy and Thankful
I can’t say enough good things about Clay Cooley in Rockwall service department. My husband always took care of anything the car needed, but he’s not in good health now so I’m doing this now. We had always been a Ford family but looked at 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and bought it. Since I’m doing all car care now Phil the manager has taken care of my car. On recent visit, Justin helped me and he was awesome. Very polite and attentive. Good training, Phil.

Quick Response And A Manager Who Cares
I was contacted by the manager in response to my complaint about the wait time for an oil change. He took full responsibility for the issue and didn't try to pass it off with an excuse. I've worked with him at another dealership and he was just as helpful and caring at that dealership. Clay Cooley has made a great decision by bringing on Darold to manage the department!

Time For Oil Change is Ridiculous
The only complaint that I have is how long I had to wait for my oil change to be completed. I had an appointment and based on my experience with other places changing the oil, I expected an hour max would be needed. Boy, was I wrong! At no time was I told it would take 3 hours to change the oil!
