Great staff
I take our 2009 Santa Fe here for all the big check ups and for the few times The car needs work. It's always clean and has treats which is nice, but what I really appreciate is the service and staff. Everyone is friendly, and not in a fake way with an underlining tone that they really think you're an idiot (because I'm female? this often happened to me in the past), they are friendly and want to be helpful. Jeff did an excellent job explaining what work needed to be done, and was able to get me a loner car on short notice. Thanks Jeff!

Very timely
They did a great job servicing the car quickly when we were in a time crunch. Wish there were more late afternoon (after 4) appoinmtments available online.

Good Oil Change Service
It was my first visit to Hyundai West. Everyone was friendly, the waiting area was comfortable and the service area seemed clean and organized. I like the complimentary car wash and vacuum service.
