Ethan at the East Location.
Did absolutely amazing!
I went in expecting to get a used car, then we went to the new 2022 and it had everything I wanted and more!
Went in side and Ethan told me about all the safety features and these perks I would be getting with buying a new car. Which was worth the money to invest in.
It took about a month to arrive here, due to low material and truck drivers. I knew they had no control over that! But of course I was excited and ready for it to arrive.
Ethan was always on his toes and making sure we checked in with me when needed. And making sure I understand the steps that needed to happen once it arrives. So informative and professional the entire time! I’ve been recommending him to everyone! I couldn’t of asked for someone better then him. Really put up with my excitement and always made sure I had atleast something to drive during the waiting period!
Ethan is such a great salesman and I know he will succeed!! Please go see him, he will take care of you like, you always asked for!

Wonderful sales staff. Love the 2022 Kona
Was looking for a new car for my daughter and came across the Hyundai brand. All of the safety features for the price just amazed me. Plenty of space in the car to fit her needs. Went to Hatchett Hyundai East and Steve greeted us immediately. He found us the car we were wanting and the deal was done. Came back a week later to pick up (we live out of town) and paperwork was ready for us to do. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and courteous. I have already told plenty of people to go check them out for a new vehicle.

I had almost given up on the thought of buying a new car this year due to the impact of the chip shortages. I had learned that the car I wanted would not be sold locally. Great Experience
I was looking for a vehicle that had more room than a CX3. I wanted to go back to a Hyundai. I had a Sonata in the past and loved the vehicle. The Service department at Hatchett East did the service. They were great to work with. Purchased another Sonata for my husband. Had to replace my 2006. Purchased a Mazda for size. I am now back in a beautiful Hyundai
