Could.have been better
They have a problem with making appointments. It failed once when called the dealer and made appointment, arrived and told I did not have an appointment. The second time I made appointment on line received a date and time, it was confirmed. Then got another notice this time the time was different. When called to dealership they had not record of my appointment. Called the supervisor for service department and he got me an appointment.

Hyundai of St. Augustine = Exceptional Dealership
Nearing 70 y/o so I have done business with many car dealerships in numerous different cities and Hyundai of St. Augustine is by far the best car dealership I have ever encountered. Starting with New Car Sales, they are not pushy and listen to what your objectives are in purchasing a new car and their prices are very competitive with other dealerships and they don't load new cars up with dealer add-ons like paint and/or fabric protection, pin strips and things like that.

The finance people are very professional and do not aggressively push extended warranty or service packages.

The service department is great and everyone from the Service Manager, Service Advisors and Service Technicians are very professional and helpful and are very clear as to what service and/or repairs are going to cost and their service prices are very competitive with independent auto repair shops.

No dealership is perfect but after many new cars this is the best one I have done business with.

As a first time purchaser of a Hyundai product I was very impressed with the service dept.
I was told a time service would be completed and it was completed well before that time which surprised me. The shuttle service was great.

Normally great service.
Great staff, nice and clean waiting area. First time I had an issue with their service. The checklist of services provided said that my tires were checked and were adjusted to the right pressure. Well they weren’t and it wasn’t, tire pressure was 18 psi and turns out I had 2 nails in it.

Service appointment Repair
Service Department professional and timely. The dept was replacing ABS modules for the ABS brakes.

I waited less time then I thought I would and I was pleased . Would definitely recomend Hyundai Service Dept and Sales. I purchased two new Tucson Limiteds from them.
