Hyundai is great!
Courteous, helpful, friendly. We don’t feel that Hyundai tries to sell you things you don’t need. Have had situations where we needed service quickly (nail in tire before a trip) and they worked us in right away. Also, they do a great job of cleaning the car every time we go in for anything.

Air condition failure.
Outside temperatures high 90's. air conditioning stopped working. Placed call to repair, told it would be one week before car could be looked at. Not acceptable. Placed call to sales rep Demetrius Davis. He assured me I would receive a call back ASAP. I did, from Justin Spurlock. Appointment was scheduled for the next morning 8:00. Parts had to be ordered, I was given a loaner. Two days later my car was repaired, and I was able to pick it up. I gave my service a excellent rating, because of these two very professional young men! Namely, Demetrius, and Justin. You are very lucky to have them working for you!

Excellent customer service!
Brought my Sonata in for what I thought might be a significant issue. Turns out it was warrantied under a recall. Hyundai of St. Augustine could have tried to make money off the situation but didn't; and they delivered the car back a day earlier than promised!
