Quick response appreciated
I had recognized some play in the steering column of my 2011 Hyundai Sonata over a weekend. It was concerned as we'd planned a long road trip departing Wednesday the following week. I took the car into the dealership at 7:00am on Monday morning and they had it repaired (under warranty) by 2:00pm the same day! WOW! What a relief for me and my wife to know the car would be safe during the trip. Great car and great dealership.

Everyone was friendly, helpful. From the time I dropped off my car and returned the service and people was incredible. They opened the front doors for you to walk in and walk out, which you don't get that kind of service anywhere else. Fast friendly service.

Better than the other Hyundai dealerships in the area.
I still prefer Stew Hansen’s in Des Moines, but when I have to get service, Woodhouse will suffice. Luckily I don’t need much service. Woodhouse though is light years ahead of the other 2 Hyundai dealers in Omaha.

Efficient routine maintenance
This was my first experience with service at this location so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had previously been disappointed with service at dealerships due to excessive wait times despite having a scheduled appointment. Thankfully this experience was different from the rest. I happened to arrive early so I pulled in to the service area just in case they'd be able to see me before my appointment. They were able to get me checked in right away and start the service which was done quickly. I'm nearing the 60,000 miles mark so they provided an update on some recommended services that I will be needing soon but there was no pressure to do anything right away during the visit and it felt much more educational than sale-sy.

Needs improvement on the Service side
90 mins for an oil change and tire rotation, not sure why it takes so long. Plus they hand you $1,000 worth of repairs they feel that need to be completed.

Your service visit consisted of an oil change, tire rotation and Hyundai service campaign to update the electronic control module. 90 minutes is the average completion time for these 3 services combined.
As a courtesy to you, our customer, we performed a complimentary vehicle inspection. Results from that inspection is presented to you. Maintenance services are based on Hyundai recommendations for this area. Under no circumstances are you required to perform these service.

Excellent, courteous service.
Battery died on 2015 Elantra. AAA doesn't carry battery - arranged for tow to Hyundai service location. Paul no longer able to drive, Kay drives only within few miles near 93rd and Western. We really like the Elantra and had been leasing the current car, originating at location at 102nd Westsroads location. and then 114th & Dodge. When we decided to buy the leased car, had to go out to your new location, a nerve wracking drive for us. Making arrangements to pick up car when new battery was installed became really complicated. We are so pleased that arrangements were made to bring our car to us at 93rd and Western.
Kay''s vision is deteriorating, and so will not be driving much longer, thus very likely will not make the trip out to 145th Street. The Elantra has been a favorite car for at least 10 years. Also liked the Sonata which we had for awhile. We think Hyundai provides excellent cars and always promote them to friends and family.

Disappointed that my issues was not resolved. However, the staff is always friendly.
I would like to have my vehicle looked at again and the problem fixed. I was told the odor was due to the plastic vents??? All cars have plastic vents. The smell is atrocious!!
