Tire leak
I always get in extremely fast and the manager is very personable with all the customers. Fantastic service. I continue to only go to this location because of the great service. Thank you.

Backlight installation
The people at midas were amazing and helpful. I was driving around town looking for a place to install my back tail light and they were able to install it right then and there. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and how they went above and beyond to help me out.

Causes a major oil leak
I received an oil change on my 2019 VW atlas while driving home my oil pressure light came on. When I parked all of my car proceeded to leak large amounts of oil all over my garage. I was forced to have my vehicle towed to another shop who informed me that Midas had pinched the Oring when closing the oil value causing it not to seal.

I sincerely apologize for the bad o-ring, when doing the oil change we always check for any leaks and if there was one at the time we simply missed it. I assure you we would have not allowed the vehicle to leave our shop with any oil leaking due to the oil change. Please give me a call directly at 414-282-5520 so we can work together to make things right.

The service person was very helpful. He talked with me about my car, showed me what needed to be done, answered my questions, and explained everything very well. He was very courteous and helpful.
