Synthetic Oil change
Had a $20 dollar coupon for synthetic oil change and called store before my appointment they said price was $59.99. When I went to pay lady charged me $59.99 with the $20.00 dollar coupon.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. When we give the oil change price on the phone we already include the coupon.

Backlight installation
The people at midas were amazing and helpful. I was driving around town looking for a place to install my back tail light and they were able to install it right then and there. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and how they went above and beyond to help me out.

Nice service
Made an appointment at 9am, they were pulling the car in before my ride even came. By 9:45 they called me with my estimate - needed a lot of work done - this I knew. By 1:00pm, the car was done. Have been driving around for a few days and am happy (and now quiet with a new battery)
