Coastal Hyundai Leasing Deal Kept me from Leaving the Hyundai Brand

Ongoing service problems on my last Hyundai vehicle had me ready to leave Hyundai, in replacing that car. Coastal sales team took responsibility for doing what it took to keep me with Hyundai, which was the only brand of car for me, for more than 20 years--from basic Accent to Genesis. I knew that they could afford to lose me as a customer, since I had not bought or leased from Coastal; however, they agreed that my service experience was not what it should be and asked that they be given an opportunity to resolve my issues. The resolution was to help me replace the vehicle with a new one. I was looking at an Elantra lease, as my limit. I really needed the size of the Sonata, and Coastal managers went to work on a Sonata that would match my needs. The cost and features of my Sonata SEL were in my target range. Coastal financing staff were informative and had no last-minute surprise charges. The entire experience, from cooling me off from the anger and frustration with service, to matching my features and cost "needs," was great!
