Satisfied my issue
A sound (I thought from the front wheel) after Honda service caused concern. However, John Grosso had the car picked up again and the problem corrected.

fast, professional curteous staff.
my "MAJOR" issue is the price of "ALL" work down ...The dealership is way overpriced. I was charged $160 for a wheel alignment and was given a price of $65 from a reputable service station outside. Also, i was in for my "first" "WARRENTY COVERED" free oil change and was charged $13.50 or so for the oil !!! why ?????????

Good, but not great yet!!
Hyundai is known for it's ability to provide a quality auto at a fair price. The service dept. works hard to keep your car in top working condition. Service adviser John Grosso has always helped me to maintain my vehicles "without breaking the bank". In some instances, the prices quoted are quite high leading your customers to consider alternatives. So, lowering service prices and creating better traffic access in the parking areas would be appreciated.

Headache
Went into service for an oil change. Came out with a damaged vehicle. They take pictures when the car comes in - which is great
Because the damage wasn't there when they recived the car. Nobody informed me they damaged it though. They proceeded to fix it, but created one issue after another and I ended up going back 4-5 times

This particular day had an appointment and waited 3.5 hours for an inspection,oil change,and 4 wheel alignment . Not good .
