The best experience ever
I had worked with jon muel and he did an awesome job, no pressure very educated on product, he took such great care with me i was so impressed. Very curteuos. Respectful. Awesome hospitality. He explained all the steps very carefully he helped me get my car up to speed with the technology end he made sure that i had everything i need before i left. The gentleman in financing yassim (sorry if i have your name wrong) he was to the point with the paperwork it didnt take as long as it could have. He also explained everything completly, if i hsd questions he took his time to be accurate. These two gentleman have really made the experience the best. I will reccomend rosen and these two great employees. Keep up the awesome job

5th car with Jared—why stop now?!
This is the 5th car we’ve purchased from Jared Shaw. As we’ve said before, it’s not even like buying a car—he just takes care of all your needs before you walk in the door! AND...Always gets a better deal for us than what he originally quotes! I’ve overheard how well he takes care of other customers as well. Dude is consistent in his ethic and I hope it rubs off on others.

Truly no pressure atmosphere
Purchased my Santa Fe 2.0 limited from Jared Shaw. It’s clear he cares about his customers and he happily goes the extra mile to make sure any and all details/questions are answered. I will return to both Rosen and Jared for my next purchase in the future. Each step of the experience was professional and each person I’ve dealt with including both the service and finance manager was also beyond hospitable and seamless. Great people work here

No pressure
Refreshing to not have high pressure salesmen coming at you. Very nice, down to earth and honest. Very little back and forth negotiations in regards to pricing. Discounts were added where applicable and price was fair. Love my Santa Fe!!!

Excellent team of professional people. Only car dealership I enjoy going to for car shopping. Knowledgable, friendly, no pressure, accurate with all rebates/etc, help on all paperwork to get the deal done quickly. Sales manager is the icing on the cake to make everything go smoothly. They handle you extremely professional from the moment you walk in--throughout your service calls. Maintain a great inventory selection and most importantly they are HONEST! 12 straight years of buying cars and sending friends and family--that says it ALL!
