I did not have an appointment, they got me in anyway
I did not make an appointment, the shop got me in and took care of me right away. I would have appreciated some communication regarding the length of time needed for my repairs, but kudos for them fitting me in the schedule.

No appointment, got me in anyway
Service was performed satisfactorily, and staff were courteous and the place was clean. I would appreciate timely updates as to the progress of my vehicle, none were give, nor was a time estimation given for when it would be completed.

Scheduling over the phone was a pain in the a** so I just went to service and they quickly helped me with my vehicle!

Great Service
I was running late and got there about 10 minutes late. Personnel was very understanding and I was still able to get my oil change. They are always very time efficient and make sure I am well taken care of.

Always a great visit
