Satisfied, but visit was pricey
I'm always pleased with this dealership's service. The staff are amazing. They checked out my car's problem without an appointment, and they took time to really investigate. I was concerned, however, with the total price of my new battery--an unexpected purchase. I feel I can go to any Les Schwab and purchase a new car battery of the same quality, and it would cost much less. I didn't get a great answer on why this battery cost so much, so on that I'm a bit dissatisfied. The dealership as a whole is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

the missing rear wiper
ALMOST perfect. They forgot to change the rear wiper at my 15000 mile service. They got the others though.
