I’m on my Fourth vehicle with the same dealership always treated right service on point have not had a problem and my daughter got a car there my son got a car there and I just sent my friend last week and he bought a car there so overall 5star

3 yrs maintenance free is not being honored by their computer system
Why my 3 yrs maintenence free is not honored by your system. My car has only 21800 miles in it and it is 2020 model. When I bought it, they said it is 3 yrs maintenence free. Both sales and service team unable to explain.

I am new to the area and it was time for my Kona to have an oil and filter change. After reading all the positive reviews for Atlantic Hyundai I called to schedule an appointment. I was lucky, they had an opening later that day. In addition to the standard oil/filter change they did a few additional maintenance checks and an included carwash at the end. I was out of there in a couple of hours. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I will be going back for future service.

Difficult scheduling appointment at dealership.
After 4 months of trying to schedule a same week appointment, I finally had to come in without one and hope for the best. Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner which I appreciated. Staff has to be more accommodating with regard to appointments
