Great experience every time I have been to this service location
Every time I bring my vehicle in, I am always greeted with a smile, honesty of what services are needed and very helpful representative! Service is always a pleasant atmosphere, I always feel comfortable like visiting an old friend!! Fresh coffee is always a bonus!! I only ask if maybe they can supply low carb snacks for us too. LoL Honestly you guys are one of the best Hyundai dealership/Service location I have been too in the last 16yrs for me!

Went in for oil change but didn’t need one which I appreciated! They performed a recall which I was told would take one and a half hours but it took 2. Everything else was great! A young lady came and visited me and she was exceptional!! Great coffee and snack area !

I love this facility. I love all the drinks and snacks. There was a place for me plug in my laptop so I could work on lesson plans. Everyone was personable and friendly. I was promised an hour for oil change and tire rotation. Well done.

We went to Fontana Hyundai after getting an email about their Grand Opening. We found that the sales personnel and manager were very professional and willing to take the time to answer questions, let us take test drives on more than one vehicle and gave us the opportunity to discuss what we wanted to do without them sitting there with us. The finance person also worked with us to get us the payment we wanted without putting any pressure on us. When it came down for the first service appointment it was easy to do online and when we took the car in everyone was friendly and able to explain exactly what would be done and how long it would take. The work was completed in less time than we were told and my car was returned all washed and clean. We have been extremely pleased with the service and treatment we have received at Fontana Hyundai and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Better than expected.
I’ve been to several Hyundai’s since purchasing mine in 2016. This site was the best site to date. Service was well, staff was polite (other sites they were not), sales were little pushy. I just wanted to wait for my car to be serviced, not pressured into purchasing a new vehicle. I give it to the girl though, she was trying. Overall pretty good experience.

Walked right in
I needed an oil change, badly. No one had an opening. I went to Fontana Hyundai and was taken care of like I was a long time regular. Mr. Campos in the Service Dept. helped me out. Everyone from my initial phone call until I drove away were super nice, very professional, and made me very relaxed that I was going to be well taken care of. 10 stars!
