I had an accident due to a construction area and my transmission went out. The next morning one of the employees contacted me to let me know that my vehicle was being inspected at their dealer. That employee kept communication from beginning to end and answer all my questions. It was a great experience.

Anytime I have a problem with my car I always bring it to this location for service and I never leave unsatisfied. Gary in the service department is very attentive and is a great help. I have been a Hyundai owner for years and always had them checked out at Braman.
Gary Desrosiers has taken care of me and my cars for several years always with the perfect professional attitude, great knowledge of the vehicles and the different programs I subscribed to. I always leave the car with the full confidence that it will be checked thoroughly and that Gary will relay to me whatever adjustment/ repairs are absolutely necessary and nothing more. I have never been disappointed in the 9 years I've had my Hyundais serviced there.

The service was great and very well priced - tire rotation was actually cheaper than at other places I've been to in the past. Easy to schedule an appointment online as well. Only con is the wait time - waited about two hours.
