I would never go anywhere else
We have owned Hyundai since 1987. That first one had 150,000 miles on it and basically we worked it to death. It was still running good when we donated it to charity. But we have had several more Hyundai’s since then. No complaints from us. From the car to the dealership to the customer service. We have always been very pleased with St Charles Hyundai.

I bought my Hyundai second hand from a non-name brand dealership. With 2,000 miles to go until my warranty expired my AC stopped working. I scheduled and appointment with St. Charles Hyundai for two weeks later, during that time my AC began to cut in and out. At the time I dropped off my car the AC was working, but I left it for the day so they could fix two recalls. I expressed my concern that the problem would reoccur after my warranty had expired. The technicians could not find out what was wrong with my car because the problem had vanished, however they fixed the recalls. I expected to be told that nothing could be done about my AC. Instead, they allowed me to keep the loaner car for the weekend while they tried to get the problem to reoccur so it could be diagnosed and fixed. As luck would have it, the AC ran perfectly while they held my car. Again, I expected to be told that nothing could be done. Instead they ordered, and replaced, the part that was the most likely cause at no cost to me. St. Charles Hyundai went above and beyond my expectations not once, but twice! I can confidently say the integrity and caring St. Charles Hyundai showed me has earned my trust and life long loyalty. After my experience, I will forever drive a Hyundai because the manufacturer stands by their product. Furthermore, I will forever use St. Charles Hyundai because their employees stand by their customers.
