The services team takes great care of you.

I would recommend the service staff to a friend but not the sales staff. This is the third car I've purchased from McGrath and after the first one the person who checks out the lease when you return it came up with $300 in bullshit repairs but they were voided because I leased a new car. This time they came up with the same bullshit $300 in repairs but since I had already leased another car they decided to stick me with the $300. Because of this, this will be my last Hyundai.

They fixed what was broken.

I previously had if you bad experiences at Hyundai dealers since I bought my 2014 sonata. I had not written a review before but once I did on the Mcgrath dealership, They quickly jumped to action to fix what was broken they were very concerned with my overall customer satisfaction and I am genuinely impressed.

Ed was great. He apologized for me previously feeling like I was not serviced properly by not only McGrath, but any Hyundai dealer I had previously dealt with. Ed quickly jumped to make things right with my latest issue and worked to provide a complete turnaround in my opinion of customer satisfaction from Hyundai.

I will surely be back here and if I should ever buy a hyundai again it will definitely be from McGrath Hyundai.

Quality of staff and service levels. Service hours. Appreciate late day and Saturday service.

Only disappointment was that as a new car owner only 2 free oil changes provided.
I thought it was 3 as in the past. Been a long term customer (this is my 4th Hyundai) and have all servicing performed at dealership. Was a nice perk to have 3 in the first year. Small gesture given my years of loyalty.
