Quality of Service Has Taken a Nosedive

3+ hours for an oil change and no updates while waiting, broken coffee machine, mechanics left an undercarriage panel unsecured and it broke off when I drove away, have contacted dealership multiple times and they still haven’t contacted me back to resolve this issue.
