Resolution of rental car cost

After talking to the customer specialist at the McGrath dealership, we were able to come to a resolution to cover the remaining cost of our out of pocket expenses for the rental car that was needed during the time my vehicle was being repaired. We do appreciate having your customs concerns as your top priority. A big thank you to Eddy who did his best to help us out and answer what he could.

You need to have a better policy or more answers on rentals or loaner vehicles when a car is left for longer periods of time for repairs.
This was a overall unpleasant experience

So far I have not had a major problem with my Azura. I always ask for Ed Vellega because he is always helpful in answering any question that I have or problems that I am concerned about. I never have to wait too long for the service department to take care
