My service adviser was acceptable, she kept me in the loop with my vehicle, and did what she could to assist, for the most part. However, the tech that worked on my car was crap. I took my car in because it broke down due to a recall for the engine (metal in oil), after i had already taken it in and they said there was no issues related to said recall. Anyways i get my car back (on Friday before a three day weekend) drive it around, and finally arrive home for the night. When i got in it the next day my wife was outside and heard a noise coming from the engine (did not hear the night prior due to radio/driving with the windows down). I open the hood and notice that my serpentine belt is not on track, in fact it was probably close to 1/4 inch off track. ON TOP OF THAT my engine was missing a bolt, where the alternator connects/mounts to right side of the engine/connected to serpentine belt. This is completely unacceptable, no one offered to replace my belt that wore 1/4 inch off track for 100+ miles due to their negligence, and how in the hell do you miss a bolt, that could have caused a serious problem resulting in a possible car accident. I love my car, but i will never buy a Hyundai again. I was/am extremely upset about the service i received. I will try to convince any one i know to never buy a Hyundai either. OH I ALMOST FORGOT, the warranty for my car that is under my and my wife's name was in my fathers name. And no one had any idea how this happened or how to fix this, and i have yet to hear any update on this. I am not trying to get any one in trouble, but again this is completely unacceptable, and my car will never go back to a Hyundai dealer/shop unless its for a recall or warranty issue.

Customer Oriented Staff
Staff is highly trained and focused towards customer satisfaction. They were concerned about me all the time. Access to the facility is easy, as well as parking zones reserved for customers only. Restrooms are easy to spot and are kept clean. The dealer always have a seat for me as well as complimentary snacks and drinks. The type of service Puente Hills Hyundai offers is honest; employees tell you exactly what your car needs. Never take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars or car repairs. I specially want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of Javer Esquivel. who always give a prompt, courteous and accurate service. I have bought two vehicles here and have no doubt to recommend visiting this dealer. I am so grateful for what they have done for me and to my cars.

Multi-task Staff with Positive Attitude
It is impressing to find a female at the repair/mechanic department who knows her business well. Corina was observed to be a team player and not afraid of multi-tasking (registered my car, answered all of my questions, explained reward plan that I was not aware that I even had, middle person between mechanics, took initiative to attempt to repair a bulb on her own, and then cashier). She always had a smile on her face, a positive attitude, and kept me informed at all times of my vehicle needs. She was concerned that people were waiting in line and she did not hesitate to ask her colleagues to assist customers.

Alex in the dealership was really helpful
Alex was really helpful. He took care of my car really well and he also tried to help me with hyundai reward card issue too. He called at least 4-5 times to hyundai department to solve my issues. He is really kind too

There is a great staff at this location who work hard to impress you. I enjoy staying around to do work and wait or receive a courtesy ride to a number of near-by restaurants. The value with prices for work completed is well worth the time and money.

Easy check in, and they get to you as soon as possible.
I had a good experience going in to get my car serviced I had a 10 o clock
appointment and was about 15 minutes late, but they still took me in as soon as I drove in let me sit down wrote down what I was in there for gave me an estimate of time over about an hour and it was less than that.
