helpful and knowledgable staff
I went with interest in a particular vehicle. Apparently Toyota is deciding what to build, so you can take what is in production and destined to the dealer or take a chance and wait for something different.

Very business like.
I don't think the car inspected prior to delivery. When I got home I inspected the car and found the hood was out of alignment.

Fantastic!
Dustin was top notch! Haven’t bought a new vehicle since 2004. I was looking for a hard to find color and options. And was hesitant to buy new but Found the exact vehicle I wanted . Dustin took the time to make sure I was confident about the purchase and gave me answers for all of my questions . I’d wager he spent more time with me than most would. Got exactly what I wanted and couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

New car purchase experience with my salesman, Dustin King
As weird as it sounds I haven’t purchased a new car in 13 yrs. due to the way I was treated by another company. I just couldn’t bring myself to trust any sales people but I really wanted the safety features and ambiance that a new vehicle brings. After my family and I visited several other competitive dealerships, I landed at this one. Dustin greeted us and I asked him about my car of choice, the Venza. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to show me a current model but did show me a 2022 Venza. He explained how I could reserve a car of choice but to be flexible about colors, equipment, design, etc. I approved and put some money down. He kept me abreast about the car and not quite three weeks later, Dustin called to let me know my car was in complete with all I had requested. I was thrilled. Thank you, Dustin, for understanding my issue and treating me with respect.

Pleasant experience
Big thank you to Dustin, he was extremely knowledgeable in all areas 4Runner.
Absolutely no pressure. He explained the ordering process, we put down a deposit. We were updated every step of the journey.
Dustin notified us the minute it it the lot. We arrived that afternoon with a sold sign on our 4Runner and drove out the door within 3 hours.

New Car Purchase
I went in to test drive a RAV4, and ended up putting down some money to reserve a vehicle. I only waited about 2 months which was much less than I expected. Communication from Dustin and Samantha was great, and I always knew what was going on as my vehicle made its way to the dealership. Easy financing process. Overall, easy, quick, stress free experience. This is the 3rd car I’ve purchased from McCord. Recommend highly, and love my new car!!

Loving my new Tacoma!

Excellent info and collection
We had demo'd a numbet of card at other dealerships but we couldn't decide what to do. We went to your dealership and Rachel gave us all kinds of info and a test drive in a Highlander. We came back several days later and saw a Venza on the lot. Rachel was gone that day and we talked with Dustin. Both were comfortable to work with.
