Good selection, good price.
This is my second car purchase from Vancouver Toyota so the first time must have gone ok too. The sales side was good, the financial side not so much. The pitch to buy the extended warranty was way too intense and added so much time to the process after I had already been waiting for close to a half hour to sign the papers. Also being from Oregon seems to add a lot of time to the title transfer. 12 or more weeks to get my plates?

I worked with Donnie and he was a delight from start to finish. He respected my perspective on what it was I was looking for in a car and reviewed several options with me to make sure my needs were met. After a few short hours a deal was in place and I came back the next day to sign the paperwork and submit my payment. I was very clear I did not want any extras on the vehicle and did not want my credit hit because I was paying by check.

When I got to the dealer the finance guy was also very polite, at first, but quickly said that they would not accept a personal check without a credit run and therefore I needed a cashier check. I had specifically asked this question the day before and was reassured I did not need to do that.

By this time it was 4:30pm on a wet Monday afternoon with banks closing in 30 minutes but the finance guy insisted that he had to present all of the extended warranty info to me, despite me telling him I was not going to purchase any multiple times. At the end of his presentation as my final no was said, the finance guy demeanor shifted and the once pleasant individual became short and rather condescending.

I left, managed to make the bank in time, and handed them the check with a slightly bitter taste in my mouth.

Donnie was outstanding and I would highly recommend him, however the finance guy (who I have purposefully left anonymous) should be thankful for the business in these financially troublesome times.

Buying a New Truck was Great! Easy Peary, no Pressure.
I was in and out within two hours which was fantastic because I have a medical condition limiting time out of the house. The truck is nice, the price was fair and the customer service was solid. Donnie and. Ark were super.
