Great experience with Vancouver Toyota
Another awesome experience buying a car from the team at Vancouver Toyota! Trey, Mark and James were top-notch. They got us in and out quickly, and we're loving our new Land Cruiser. We'll definitely be back for our next car.

In and Out
This is not my first time buying a vehicle and I knew what to expect. I was prepared for the long haul and we pleased to be in and out around the 2 hour mark. World record breaking service.
Trey and Nate turned this into about as painless an experience I've had in a vehicle purchase.

Disrespectful
My overall experience while purchasing my vehicle from Vancouver was very disappointing. The team member in charge of my sale was very monotoned and often got up and walked away as I was talking to him. I felt very disrespected as a buyer. Both myself and my partner were very disappointed with the interaction with the team member.
I have worked in the customer service industry for a very long time and the way he presented himself was unacceptable.

Great experience buying a used car
I found Trey to be pleasant and laid back, and all the rest of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The car was in beautiful condition and the entire experience very low stress.

Good experience for the most part
Came to look at a couple vehicles, couldn't find the vehicle. Found one, turned out to be a good purchase. Staff were very courteous and even stayed after hours to make sure we were briefed on the vehicle and answered all the questions we had.

Professional car buying
I have bought many cars over the years. Even online buying. This most recent renews my faith in dealerships, and car sales professionals. I do not use the term professional easily. I found a car after months. It was during our heavy rains and I would not test drive. I did go over several days later, test drove, and arranged to purchase the following Sunday. Each step of this purchase required my sales professional, Mr. Stewart, to assist with patience and understanding. He came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. It renews my faith in dealerships and car sales professionals.
