As to the issue with oil filters at the time of your visit they were on backorder from Genesis. This has since been resolved and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may has caused. As to the oil filters they were on back order at the time you first stop by and no local Genesis dealer had any in stock. That issue has since been resolved.
