Hyundai of ST. Augustine Deserves An Excellent Rating
From sales to service Hyundai of St. Augustine is a superior Hyundai Dealership and from my experience of over 8 years they deserve an excellent rating. Their car prices are competitive, the service department is honest and the employees are very courteous and competent. The owner is also the General Manager and many of the employees have been their for many years which says a lot about a work environment. After close to 70 years and many cars in my life this is the first car dealership that I would endorse in this manner.

Flexibility in servicing hours
Everything went well -- and it was "free oil change". I had expected to pay but they reminded me this one was free on my 2020 Santa Fe. After many days of rain, it was great to drive away in a nice clean car!!!

Lied to me; Over 2 hrs wasted waiting on vehicle for simple oil change
I’ll be looking somewhere else to do my future oil changes/services. I do not appreciate being lied to or having my time wasted. The technical advisor literally told me my tires were not rotated because the ones up front were the best ones, so I asked why was I being charged for a tire rotation... he returned saying they rotated the tires side to side so my vehicle did not ‘squat’ on them. Enjoy the $19.95 you charged me for lying to me, it’ll be the last penny you get out of me. I’ll take my business and my money elsewhere.
