Purchased a new vehicle
I worked with Denett over the past two vehicle leases. She is the main reason I do business with Hyundai. She listens to my needs, comes up with multiple solutions, then provides all the data for each option, so I can make a fact based decision. After my first lease she called right after the sale to make sure I was happy and asked if I had any questions. She called on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday. she called right after the sale to make sure I was happy and asked if I had any questions. She called on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday. She walked me through the buy out option at the end of my first lease and I entered into a second lease. Again, she called right after the sale to make sure I was happy and asked if I had any questions. She called on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday. For this purchase, which after speaking with her and reviewing all the data, I decided a purchase was better this time. She called right after the sale to check that everything was great. I am sure I am getting a call on my birthday again this year. She will check in on me until my next purchase window opens. It is this type of sustained superior customer service that makes me a lifetime customer of Denett's. She is amazing and I have made several referrals directly to her over the years. I know if they bought or leased a vehicle from her they received the same level of superior customer service that I always have. This was a great purchasing experience and Denett is the reason for that!!!

Great staff, great communication
I sold my 22 Hyundai palisade locally and wanted the Robust Emerald 23 Calligraphy. I found this one on Cars.com and I called and it was an east smooth deposit, and my baby came in 3 weeks early! Love this dealer and love my Palisade!
