Great, reliable service
Quick and reliable service, plus they offer a free shuttle service to wherever you need to go, which is nice of them. I'll return here for any maintenance that I only want the dealer to handle.

Mediocre. Nice people, crappy business
I had a 2011 sonata and was interested in buying a 2015. I called them and told them as soon as they get one on their lot to call me. Every week I would get a phone call for someone trying to sell me a 2014. I said don't call me until you get the 15s in. Never heard back from them. I noticed more and more of the 2015s on the street. I was mad they didn't call me for one, so I went and bought a new one from Jack Carolls in Burlington. Great custom service!! About 2 months after buying it, Bham Rairdons called me asking if I had ever been contacted about the sonatas, because they have a ton on the lot. I proudly told them I bought elsewhere...
Fast forward a year and my nav screen has gone blank...so I decided to go to Rairdons to use my warranty. Service was O.K.
I went in to have my screen looked at. While there, they fixed all of the recalls on my car. But, they couldn't tell me what was wrong w my screen. They said they would have to discuss it with Hyundai and get back to me shortly. Still haven't heard anything 3 weeks later. I feel like I have to be a squeaky wheel now... I just want my screen fixed, my car is barely a year old! The only reason I have to return is because it's my only option locally. If I can't get it fixed, I'll be going down south.

First time customer turned to loyal customer.
I felt at home here. Friendly people and warming environment. They get you in and out and explain how much time it will take and approximate cost. I'm use to kind of bad service regarding dealerships and service shops and this was by far one of the best I have been to, which is a pleasant surprise. I will be coming back for more repairs in the future because they have fantastic prices and are not too far from my place of residence.
