Excellent Service
I have had nothing but first rate experiences at this dealership over the past four years. Whether it be sales or service, the helpful and courteous attitude - and the very good pricing on our most recent new vehicle, has caused me to recommend this dealership to others. I generally am not a cheerleader for big ticket business operations, but I strongly feel that Parkway executes their business in a superb manner.

I have had consistently excellent service with two different cars with Parkway. I'm greeted in a friendly and respectful manner. Items are well explained. Transportation to and from work is provided in a timely fashion. The work is done well.

At 25,00 miles I should not have needed air conditioning service at $138 that was not covered. Service told me they would test drive the car due to a noise and they did not.

A very pleasant surprise.
My previous experience with Hyundai service has been excellent, but the customer waiting areas were pretty austere. Not at Parkway Hyundai - excellent service and a waiting area reminiscent of a Cadillac or Volvo dealership. (They also sell Volvos). I like not getting wet when I drop off my car. And they do a free car wash just like my old Saab dealer. I love my 2011 Sonata, it's exceeded my expectations and so has my service experience at Parkway.

Still cannot fix cruise control
Taken in three times over a two year period, not fixed and approx. $350 in charges. Taken back, kept car 3 days, told a $ 700. repair might fix problem, but no guarantee. It is obvious that technicians have in the past thrown parts at the problem hoping for a fix that never worked. I have no confidence in their service department and would not recommend this dealership for a future purchase.

Busy but attentive when it is your turn
I was pleased to have the service "manager" or attendant who had the sweetest, most sincere manner. There was a lot of activity and it was not as welcoming as it could have been, but I was very pleased with the young man who helped me.
