What happened to my tire repair kit?

Service couldn't repair obscured rear camera view
My recent Hyundai service experience was excellent except for one thing. Check-in was prompt, loaner car was ready, and service was provided in less than the estimated time. But the view from the rear view camera is still partially obscured even after replacement with a new camera. I would swear that this partial obscurity was not visible when we first bought the car. The defect is being described as common to all Santa Fe Sports with the rear camera.

I totall agree about the camera, that it is a defective design. We actually even looked at another one last night, and its plate was visible, even more than yours. I am sorry for the defect and if they ever come up with another fix, I will let you know. Have a great day .

Your part was great, but the out side company that you had put in the new windshield did not clean it very well living a film on both outside an inside of window, we had to stop and clean it due to the sun glare no big deal thanks for the great service. Tom H

I brought the SUV in earlier than the appointment time and Chris Deen made sure I got out quickly knowing I had another appointment that morning. He even showed me the dirty cabin filter to get my permission to replace it.

Service was excellent but sending a six month service special savings list two days after my service leads one to believe there is no co-ordination at the dealership.

I absolutely love the service I receive at Parkway Hyundai! I have never had a bad experience. I always ask for Chris Deen when scheduling any and all of my services. He's very helpful and knowledgeable, I never have to question any of the services he may suggest. I honestly trust him with my pride and joy. I love my car and I love the entire Parkway staff!!

Wish my tire purchases from Parkway would come with road hazard & warranty. I don't even know the treadwear mileage rating on them.

Service is not as good as it use to be
purchased an extended maintenance plan that was told included the annual inspection and I asked is this the state inspection and was told yes. when I took it in for the oil change and inspection I was told it was not for the state inspection it was for a safety inspection. Everyone does that for free anyway. The first time I took the car in I came home to notice the tires were not rotated, took it back and the agreed it was not done. I had a lot of confidence in the quality of my cars maintenance there but since getting the issues corrected on my other car after 2 months it will more than likely not be back and the new car will only be there for the services i prepaid.
