Importance of customer satisfaction!
I had service done to my car and the wait was significantly longer than I expected. I was frustrated and could not understand why it was taking so long. When I complained the Service Manager Cheryl came out to explain the length of time that it takes to do the work. When she realized that it was never conveyed to me about a diagnostic update being performed; she understood my frustration. After her sincere apology; she went one step further to make amends and did not charge me for the service that I originally brought the car in for. I think that was above and beyond and I will definitely return to Hyundai of St Augustine again.

A bad situation made right!
Normally great, just a bad day but Service Manager realized that it was their error and thus there was no charge. I feel she was sincerely apologetic and I am satisfied.

I only bought this car the day before the service. apparently they forgot to fix outstanding recals before selling it to me as a certified vehicle . They called me, picked it up at my job and brought it back the same day.

Oil change
The staff is very friendly and courteous but a 2 hour wait for an oil change is not acceptable to me. I would definitely lease or buy from them again, but service area leaves a lot to be desire. Not the first time I have had long wait for oil change.

bang for the buck not there period
Please stop up-selling , just do the necessary repairs at a fair price with no BS ....AND on a timely manner. I have owned and run a VERY successful auto repair for 40 yrs , I am an ASE Certified Master Tech , as well as my Wife for 40 yrs , and we both just retired 4 months ago , you guys need a refresh on your approach to add on sales and customer service ! Your Service advisers personality , knowledge , and compassion to each and every customers personal situation is imperative for future long gain loyalty and potential... I ran my Fathers car thru your system for routine maintenance , and found many faults.............nothing that cannot be corrected , but still not right....... So if the purpose of this rating is for improvement , that's a really good step, and here I am............however you have to listen , consider and implement , or not......bottom line based on average customer awareness and time constraints/costs factors......not coming back......every shop has a bottom line , yessir , however personality , compassion and Knowledge drives sales .......trust me , eye to eye contact with trust based on truth is a steel forged in heaven........Bottom line, your system is a 6 of 10 , Why....Why are you lacking....pay more attention to personal relationships and trust , easy peasy with specific training , your people are beautiful , just not trained.......(^_^)

Friendly Dealership
My service person, Cheryl, was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. She checked in with me twice while I was waiting to tell me what was going on with my car. My appointment time was honored, and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting room area is nicely stocked with coffee and cookies.

Easy and the right price!
Took my Sonata in for an oil change. Everyone was super friendly and I didn't have to wait too long. Customer lounge was clean and comfy. Delicious free cookies, too!!
