Did not rotate the tires correctly
Directional tread requires that tire tread 'face' forward. The tires are marked for this but after my most recent service two of the tires were facing backward resulting in excessive road noise.

In general my experience has been good but the idling speed requires further attention
My car was brought in by Calibar who were repairing it. I am not satisfied with the idling speed and plan to bring the car back
