No hassle service
There is ease of making appointments online and courteous, very organized service writers. The waiting area is comfortable so, if I choose to wait, I don't mind staying there reading, watching tv, or checking out things on my cell phone. They are informative with results of the service and I never feel that they are trying to push me into unnecessary service. I love doing business with this dealership.

St. Augustine Hyundai offers prompt, quality and courteous service! They regularly send coupons that we can use for discounts on service. I especially like having my car washed. It's practically the only time it gets washed!!

I bought my 2013 Elantra from St. Augustine Hyundai and have had it serviced there since then. I wouldn't think of using anyone else as I always feel confident bringing my car there. I know it will be well taken care of. Cheryl is my favorite service rep. I trust her advice and know she is looking out for me and my car. Service is always timely. When the time comes will buy my next Hyundai here.

Mistakes happen ,hopefully next service will be better.
Had a routine oil change service performed and asked for the complimentery wash and vacuum afterwards but did not get the wash and vacuum .

First Ever Experience Needing A Loaner Car
My 2017 Sonata Sport developed a problem with the Smart Key circuit which disabled several other functions. Took to dealer on a Friday and for safety reasons the Service Department recommended that I take a loaner so they could check out the problem first thing on the following Monday. By midday Monday I was informed that they had found the problem and they were having a part shipped in overnight. By Tuesday late afternoon I picked up the car fully repaired. Fantastic job.
