Excellent automobiles, great service and friendly staff
The service department is second to none. I’ve been going there for years and never have I had to wait for more then 5 minutes to be waited on by friendly staff member. Everything is explained up front and then again when you pick your auto up. Always a complimentary car wash and vacuum too! The ease of scheduling and reminder calls are a nice touch too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or buy any other automobile....

Great Service
Overall my 1st oil change (free) was exceptional no issues other than when the car was washed/detailed only the front inside of my car was detailed and windows wiped down and floorboards, back section was not wiped nor were the floorboards cleaned.. I was just happy with the free wash, but when it was detailed on inside I would have hoped the entire floor was cleaned and/windows wiped

Thank you for taking the time to share your service experience with us. Due to time constrictions, we only offer the front seating area vacuumed with our complimentary wash. If you don't mind waiting longer, just ask your service consultant at the time of service write up and they will have it completed for you. Our detail department also offers full interior or exterior detailing when your new Sonata is ready.

Showed up without an appointment, took me in anyway. Had to go to a doctor appointment so they took me in the shuttle and picked me up an hour later. Picked up my serviced and clean car a few minutes later. Great service.

People that care make all the difference.
Although I had purchased an extended warranty on a vehicle with 61,000 miles, when the engine failed and the warranty claim was denied, the St. Augustine Hyundai service team lead by Cheryl Buck leapt into action. A brand new 2018 loaner was provided. Technicians Keith and Bill went over the specifics. Mr. DeFeo, the owner weighed in. Result? Hyundai replaced the engine, the turbo charger, O2 sensor, gaskets, etc. all at no cost.
I am aware that over 1.2 million GDI 2.0T engines have been recalled by Hyundai, GM and other manufacturers. And some might complain about issues with GDI engines and engineering or design flaws, but when the vehicle performs so fine and service issues are handled so deftly, how can I possibly do anything other than commend this fine dealership, this brand and the people. And hats off to Paul Smathers for finding the exact, right vehicle and Jack McQueen for assisting in the seamless contract and financing arrangements.

Great and Prompt Service
I did not have reservations but I was in a bad place! I had a very important appointment but I was afraid to make the trip because of my car’s problems. Without an appointment at St. Augustine Hyundai, I showed up and they examine dry car and informed me that I could manage to make the trip even if smy power steering pump failed and made an appointment for me to have it replaced a few days later. I made my appointment and came back to have the repair work done.

Excellent Service!
Scheduled our car regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. Performed their multi-point check promptly and completed the work in no time! Noted wiper blades needed replacing. Even washed and vacuumed our car for free!! We appreciate having a car dealer that we can trust with our vehicle safety!
