My service appointment, from scheduling to completion, was easy.
Communication is very important to me. Cheyenne took care of my transportation needs to and from home, and notified me when the work was completed. She was courteous and professional and thoroughly explained the work which was done.

Oil change with appointment
Was not happy. Took them over 2 hours I waited for oil change even with an appointment. Use to not need an appointment just go there and it would be done in reasonable time while I waited. Also use to clean the car a lot better when given back to me. Seem to not be the same since was bought out.

I wish the service technicians were as good as the advisor
Cheyanna has been great to work with, she's made sure to address each issue as they come up. The service technicians are not making her job easy and have created problem after problem, but Cheyanna has been extremely helpful and courteous throughout each issue, making sure to get things taken care of as quickly as possible and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. We are currently working together to solve the (hopefully) last of the issues, but i'm confident she will get things taken care of.

Service Technicians Break More Than They Fix!
I originally brought my vehicle in for warranty repair work, but the service technicians broke multiple items on the vehicle in the course of their "repair" and spread grease throughout the interior. A second visit to fix what the service technicians broke resulted in a 6 week rental vehicle and yet more damage that wasn't seen by anyone there. a THIRD visit to fix the new damage resulted in a 3/4" x 2" area of damage on my front passenger door, the paint is scraped entirely away down to bare metal. There is obviously no quality control or inspection process for vehicles when repairs are being done, and no care in workmanship.

Fast, efficient and friendly
The work -- both routine and a special recall item -- were done more quickly than anticipated and from what I can tell, done with expertise. Even the complimentary car wash was done to perfection.

Cheyanna not only was dealing with a frustrated customer engine failure...she continued being consistent stayed positive and submitted my car for the recall and gave me car loaner to use until my car was fixed.

Service Appt- 5 Stars for Ken Garf Hyundai!
Scheduling a Service Appt with our Advisor, Cheyanna was easy! While we waited for our vehicle to have an LOF and Tire Rotation, we helped ourselves to free coffee, tea, snacks, and popcorn! Our vehicle was delivered back to us in the promised time.. and was cleaner than when we dropped it off! We were very happy with how they took care of us and our vehicle!

The service dept did the best they could. They got me a rental car as I was 2 hours from home. They had an elusive problem with my car and did the best they could.
