Very quick with getting my Veloster running again
Went to leave for work and click click click, lights flashing but no start. I called Hyundai service department and they quickly diagnosed dead battery. They took care of everything from sending roadside assistance to jump start and eventually take it to the dealership to replace the battery. I called to see how long it would be before it was brought there and they said they were very busy could not say but would put my car on the service roster before it arrived, my car was in the service department less than an hour.
I picked her up and went to pay. No payment necessary with Hyundai's service warranty everything including roadside assistance was no charge for me. Thank you Ken Garff Hyundai for a great experience!

Excellent Service
The engine on my 2011 Sonata recently blew out on the freeway. Everyone at Hyundai Surprise were very accommodating and got our car back relatively quickly. They were able to get us a rental car and it all worked out. Thank you again.

Ken Garff, originally Rodeo Hyundai is a fantastic dealership. From the sales team who sold me my vehicle to the service department that maintains it. The entire staff is respectful of your time and needs in regards to the car as well as the buying experience in general doing everything at their disposal to get you the vehicle you want and the lowest monthly payment possible.

Quick courteous service.
I was planning on a trip and I was able to get in for an oil change quickly the same day. They were efficient, on time and courteous.

I will always use Rodeo Hyundai
Took the Elantra in for an oil change and a problem at idle occasionally. They drove the car over 100 miles, but could not reproduce it. I was told to bring it in immediately if it happens again. They performed my oil change and cleaned the car spotlessly. Rodeo Hyundai is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Thank you!

Job well done
The overall process from the time I scheduled my appointment- to the time I received my vehicle back was very easy. As a customer I like when a company I am spending money at, makes it easy for me to do business with them. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Also besides there being a lack of vehicles on the lot (which is not Hyundai’s fault), everything was very clean and presentable.
