Service issues
I think the guys doing my service itself are fine. The service desk people are lacking. I say this based on buying 2 cars here. I shouldn't have to re-explain I am there for 15k Mike checkup & confirm want all items Hyundai reccomnds done while I am there. Have pre-paid maintenance pan & never shows. I have to point out each time. They didn't come discuss cost for additive I asked about. They just did basic work & took longer than they said, then didn't even tell me done. I saw my car finished & parked out front & had to ask for it.

Not as thorough as usual
None of the services provided were touched on by the person who I dealt with. Nothing was explained to me, outside of the filter replacements I was approached about. The gentleman I usually deal with has always done so, but I was "taken care of" by someone else this time. I am usually presented with a checklist of things they look for, such as tire wear and wheter or not they took care of the air pressure in my tires, etc.. This was not done this time. I honestly don't know if the checklist was performed.

Thank you for your feedback. Our technicians perform the same checklist on every vehicle they service. It is included in our process to check tire condition and inflation each visit. Many other items are inspected as well. Upon review of the inspection form, the cabin and engine air filter were found to be dirty, which you authorized us to replace. The only other notable item is that your tires are worn to 6/32 tread. Not ready for replacement yet but something to keep an eye on. I appologize that the information about your tires was not reviewed with you at your last visit. We do appreciate your business and look forward to your next visit.

Great service with a bonus...
I brought my '17 Santa Fe in for the 7500 mile service - in the process they took care of the factory recall (secondary hood latch) and they had the mud guards in stock for the front and rear (which they installed during the process). All of this was completed in approximately 90 minutes. I could not have asked for a better situation.

Slow when not busy
Went to get an oil change while there was barely anyone there having things done to their cars and it took 1 hour for my oil change to be completed. Saw my car sit outside while there were open spots in the shop.
