Quick Response And A Manager Who Cares
I was contacted by the manager in response to my complaint about the wait time for an oil change. He took full responsibility for the issue and didn't try to pass it off with an excuse. I've worked with him at another dealership and he was just as helpful and caring at that dealership. Clay Cooley has made a great decision by bringing on Darold to manage the department!

Time For Oil Change is Ridiculous
The only complaint that I have is how long I had to wait for my oil change to be completed. I had an appointment and based on my experience with other places changing the oil, I expected an hour max would be needed. Boy, was I wrong! At no time was I told it would take 3 hours to change the oil!
