Good and fast transaction
I researched the price of the various Palisade trims and I knew what my trade-in was worth. I negotiated with Marissa on the phone and decided to come in when I got my deal. Brianna took us on a test drive and had a great attitude. She let me verify the car didn't have any issues that I read about in the forums.

I basically told them what I was willing to pay and what I was willing to accept on my trade-in. Although there was a slight pricing disagreement with the sales manager, it was quickly resolved. We came to an agreement within a few minutes since this was a cash deal. Unfortunately, had to go home to retrieve the Pink Slip and unlock my Credit Report at the various agencies. They needed to verify the credit worthiness of my check.

The paperwork was quickly processed, the was check signed and car delivered within an hour if we exclude the hiccup in the middle. Overall, the process was smooth and fast. We will come back to purchase another car.
