top notch dealership

Service advisor Ben Gerrard is always friendly, welcoming and attentive. Waiting area is comfortable with snacks and coffee freely available. Time in shop is reasonable amount and the vehicle inspection is thorough.

Excellent!

This is my first oil change on my new Elantra.
Boy was I satisfied! I was greeted by Luke, he was so nice. He then introduced me to Ben who said hello with a big smile. After our hello’s Ben got right to business and walked me through the campaign my car needed and info about the oil change and oil change Interval. His in-depth knowledge of Hyundai’s shows me he wants my little Elantra to last FOREVER.

Good staff makes it happen - all the time!

You never know when your headlights are .. going to develop a bad case of the RED EYE indicating a lights out failure to follow. It started when I picked up family visitors at the airport after dark. On the way home the roadway became dimmer and rosier. I was not looking forward to after dark plans scheduled for the following day. A call the next morning to Service Advisor Ben brought me to the shop mid morning and .. then back home for lunch with the family and good headlights for the evening's planned outings. Thanks, Ben.

Ben is the best!!!

Ben G. is awesome. Got to the dealership on time for my appt. but needed to be out within one hour as an emergency doctor appt. was changed to that morning. I explained my problem to Ben who worked his magic and my car got its oil and filter change AND car wash within THIRTY MINUTES!!! Couldn't believe it and made my appointment 20 minutes early!!
