My routine maintenance was completed quickly and professionally. Due to the coupons sent to my email quarterly, I'm able to get my oil changed at a competitive rate but at a higher service quality than other vendors. Earnhardt Hyundai of North Scottsdale is a customer-friendly dealership that pays attention to detail.

Excellent Customer Service

Our problem was quickly diagnosed, our safety was paramount and our car was repaired before the estimated time -- including another small issue they found and fixed. On top of that, both problems were covered under the warranty! Ben Girard is a 5-star Service Advisor!

Took the time to Repond to Feedback!

The entire Service team took the time and effort to respond to my original comments. That is important to me. It shows that they actually read them and try to address the issues that are raised. The costs are the costs...you either agree with them or you don't...the options are limited if you don't. If you want to maintain your vehicle properly, than it is a factor that you need to consider when you are thinking of making a vehicle purchase. Maintenance is something that many people do not consider because they do not keep cars, preferring to lose money every few years,and buy a new vehicle. For those individuals who prefer not to trade or buy every two or three years, maintenance is a factor that is very important. It is a choice everyone makes , whether they know it or not or consciously make the choice, the choice is made for them. I will continue my Service with this Team, because they take the time to actually listen to the customer.
