I would recommend that the waiting area for service customers be separated from the sales area. I do not like hearing other people’s personal business and info being discussed just a few feet away. Please consider a new arrangement.

Recovered stolen vehicle
My 2017 Tucson was stolen and recovered with damage. Schomp handled the insurance claim and all the repairs. This was a very traumatizing experience since it was the second car I had stolen. My service advisor was wonderful. She was very kind and patient with all my questions. My car looks great! Thanks!

My favorite Hyundai dealership
All of the workers spoke and were friendly. The work on my car started immediately.

Beth took pictures all the way around the car before work started to show it was in excellent condition with no marks or dents.

I received a video of the work plus a written version.
The work was completed to my satisfaction and the car was brought to me when work was completed.
I will be bringing my Hyundai here for all future maintenance.

They took the time to check on the vehicle when it came in off the road and left for dead. The follow through with the customer was exceptional. They even helped with grabbing my son’s skateboard, the little things.

Exceptional customer service
We recently moved from Buffalo to Denver to be with our family. As with all moves, we have experienced some highs and lows. Particularly with auto dealers. Ralph shop was one of those highs! Beginning with repairs our vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run accident. They assisted us in purchasing a new vehicle for our daughter and servicing our palisade which was having steering issues. They do it all! But I would be remiss if I didn’t say that that every issue was dealt with a smile, a passion to service their client and a willingness to extend themselves. We will only deal with Ralph shop dealerships and service for our new and existing vehicles in the future.
